All items that can be personalized have monogram option fields on the product page. For each item you wish to monogram, complete the steps below. When you are ready to check out, please review the monogrammed items in your shopping bag to make sure everything was correctly submitted.
- step 1: select a monogram style
- step 2: select a thread color
- step 3: enter the characters as you want them to appear on the item
- step 4: click the "ADD TO BAG" button
monogram styles
We offer 3 monogram styles — block, script and times. > Click here to see the full alphabet for each style
thread colors
We currently have 18 fun thread colors to choose from. And we've taken the time to suggest which thread colors we feel look best for each product. Recommended colors are marked with an " * ". If you're still unsure which color best complements your item, send us an email and we'll gladly offer our opinion.
monogram pricing
Pricing varies slightly per monogrammable item. Please see the individual product pages for specific pricing.
monogram placement
To make things easier, we have pre-determined monogram locations by item type based on what looks best and works well with our machine.
character limits
The maximum suggested character limit is 10. We will contact you before we start if it looks like your request will not fit or just plain ole’ won’t look good. We do pay attention to capitalization, so again, make sure you enter the characters just as you want them to appear on the finished product.
shipping time
Since everyone loves a monogram, we have a pile of orders to get to at the end of each day. We appreciate your understanding that custom monogramming can currently add up to 5 business days to the total order processing time, though we try our darndest to crank them out as quickly as possible!
Your satisfaction is very important to us, of course. Check out our return policy to see how much we care. Unfortunately though, monogrammed items cannot be returned for the obvious reasons.
