privacy policy

We’re happy to have you as a guest at, and we’re fully committed to protecting your privacy while you’re here.

what kind of things do we need to know about you and why?

All we need to know is your full name, email address, mailing address, and credit card details. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and notify you of your order status. You might also be asked to provide other optional information like your phone number or the name and address of a lucky gift recipient. Our website does not store or retain any payment information, but you may be asked for that if you call us to request a change to your order (we will NEVER request that information via e-mail).

You may voluntarily (and wisely) sign up to be informed about special offers, product announcements and more fun top-secret stuff through pea-mail. To join the pea-mail list, just scroll down and complete the form and you'll hear from us soon! Of course, you can opt out any time. To unsubscribe, just follow the instructions located at the bottom of any pea-mail you receive. Two Blue Peas is not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and has not, nor will we ever, share or sell any of your information.

Teach your peas by example… share with your friends. Each product page has an "email to a friend" button in the upper right-hand corner. Our privacy promise goes for your friends too, guaranteed. They will not be added to our pea-mail list unless they opt in.

just how do we protect your information?

We do not store any financial information. Period. All transactions are conducted behind a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection that requires an SSL certificate from a certificate authority. In case you’re curious, SSL is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website server. Help strengthen your protection by always signing off of your account and closing your browser window once you have finished placing an order.

who wants cookies?

Not the warm, gooey chocolate chip kind. The small, unique piece of information kind that is stored by a browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any sugar, preservatives or personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as storing items in your shopping bag between visits. Like your little one, most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. If only that was the case with the little ones! Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our store, including placing items in your shopping bag and purchasing them.
