In the (hopefully) unlikely event you’re less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, by all means, send it back to us. We want to make sure you’re happy.

return policy

Send the item back within 30 days from the original purchase date and we will refund your order to the purchasing credit card or e-gift card, less shipping fees and any gift wrap charges or promotional discounts. Returns made after 30 days but within 60 days can be returned for store credit only.

All returned and exchanged items must be unused, in their original packaging, from a smoke-free environment, and have any applicable tags attached. Sale and monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To make a return or to exchange an item, simply follow the steps below.

  • step 1: Click here to download our return request form (.PDF). Fill in all fields, then drop the form and the items you wish to return into the original packaging (if possible) and securely seal.
  • step 2: Write your order number on the outside of the package and send to the address below. We can accept shipments from USPS®, UPS™, FedEx®, and DHL, and we highly recommend insuring the package in case it gets lost or damaged on the way back to us.

  • step 3: Wait for an email from us letting you know that we have received the returned package. We promise to be speedy!

Please allow up to 1 week for the credit to show up on your account if you were the original purchaser. If the returned item was a gift or the original purchase date is between 30 and 60 days ago, we will issue a store credit and email the credit serial number to you within 1 week.

re-stocking fee

There is a $15 re-stocking fee on all diaper bags.

damaged peas

If any precious peas arrive at your doorstep damaged, do not use them. Just call us toll-free at 1.866.775.PEAS (7327) or send us an email within 5 business days after you receive the damaged items so we can get everything quickly taken care of for you.
