shipping information

Two Blue Peas is proud to use The United States Postal Service (USPS®) as our primary shipping partner. On a rare occasion, we will use FedEx® as well (give us a call and we can let you know how much extra it will be for using this shipping method). Oh, and we can ship to USPS Post Office Boxes (P.O. Box). The package will be waiting at the Post office for the recipient to pick up when they come for their mail. Rest assured your goods will be handled with care. Shipments are processed M – F, except for holidays (hey, we have to play Santa Claus too).

We offer $8.00 flat-rate standard shipping anywhere and everywhere in the U.S. Please add up to 5 business days to the delivery time if your order includes custom monogramming. If you would like insurance on your package or an alternate shipping partner, please contact us so we can let you know the additional charge.

When rush order fulfillment is selected, your order is expedited through our entire fulfillment process (including personalization) and shipped via USPS® Priority Shipping in order to ensure the earliest possible delivery to the lucky recepient.

We appreciate your understanding that personalization / monogramming adds to our order processing time. It is our intent that we will get your precious items in the hands of our shipping partners within 2-3 business days.

order fulfillment

The items here are just so darn cute that sometimes you can't help but to purchase many of the same item. At times, our suppliers will backorder or offer us a limited quantity of something. Unfortunately, it means that we need to limit the quantity to our customers (usually anything more than 5). Bummer, right! We will contact you if that is the case and will do our best to get your order filled as soon as possible. order tracking

We know that you’re excited to get your package, and that the package waiting game is no fun. Full tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of when we ship your goods. If for some unforeseen reason, you or the lucky recipient doesn't receive the package, we have 10 days to dig into it with USPS to find out why. They track where packages were delivered with GPS (how cool), but for a very limited amount of time. Please be sure to let us know if your order is not in the correct little hands within 10 days of receipt of your tracking email or we are likely out of luck tracking it down (the USPS does not retain delivery information longer than 10 days after delivery). Providing an accurate e-mail address at order entry ensures that you'll be notified when your order has shipped so you can be on the lookout for it. If you are an account holder, you can also sign in to your account and check the status of your order as often as you'd like.

alaska, hawaii and international shipments

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an extra day or two for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

p.o. box delivery

All orders to P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS®. Detailed tracking information is sometimes not available with USPS® shipments.

returned and re-routed packages

Any packages re-routed to Two Blue Peas because of an incorrect address will have an additional charge of $8.00 because that’s what we’re charged by our shipping partners.

* Short of stopping a storm with our bare hands, Two Blue Peas will do everything we can to make sure you receive your package within the time frames listed above. However, unforseen events can sometimes delay delivery and we appreciate your understanding if this happens. If your package is delayed more than five business days, please call us toll-free at 262-388-7037 so we can help you track it down.
